I. Characteristics

1.Excellent corrosion resistance: SS316L is a low-carbon austenitic stainless steel with excellent corrosion resistance to corrosive media such as acids, alkalis, and chlorides.

2.Good mechanical properties: It has high strength (tensile strength of about 520-620 MPa) and good ductility.

3.Biocompatibility: SS316L is often used in the medical field because of its good compatibility with human tissues.

4.High temperature resistance: It can still maintain good mechanical properties and oxidation resistance under high temperature conditions (below about 800°C).

5.Spherical particle morphology: Spherical SS316L powder has good fluidity and is suitable for additive manufacturing and powder metallurgy processes.
