I. Characteristics
1.High melting point: The melting point of tungsten (W) is as high as 3410°C. W-4Nb alloy inherits the high melting point characteristics of tungsten and is suitable for extreme high temperature environments.
2.High density: The density of tungsten is 19.25 g/cm³. W-4Nb alloy also has high density characteristics and is suitable for high specific gravity applications.
3.Excellent high temperature resistance: W-4Nb alloy can still maintain good mechanical properties and oxidation resistance at high temperatures (below about 2000°C).
4.Good creep resistance: It exhibits excellent creep resistance under high temperature and high pressure environments.
